Blodgett Zephaire ZEPH-100-E SGL Full Size Electric Convection Oven

Prepare more delicious baked goods at once with the ZEPH-100-E SGL Full Size Electric Convection Oven from Blodgett. This stainless steel electric oven is designed with a solid state infinite control with digital timer and temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to

500°F (260°C). Its two-speed, 1/2 HP convection motor is designed with automatic thermal overload protection. 

ZEPH-100-E is built with a full-angle iron frame and solid mineral fiber insulation on top, at the back, sides and bottom. The front control panel is removable. While baking, you get to check how your products are cooking within the oven as it is designed with two glass doors with two interior oven lights. The dual pane thermal glass windows are encased in stainless steel door frames, with each door designed with a triple-mounted pressure lock with turnbuckle assembly. Each door also comes with powder coated handle with simultaneous door operation.

With a baking capacity of up to 5 full-size baking pans in left to right position, this convection oven comes with five chrome-plated racks, with eleven rack positions, each placed at an interval of 1-5/8”. The interior is lined with double-sided porcelainized baking compartment (14 gauge). For the heating function, the control area cooling fan is equipped with three tubular heaters and aluminized blower wheel.
