Salva KX-5/10-Standard Convection Oven

KX-5+H+KXS-20 is an electrical oven of KWIK-CO Salva convection ovens models, with a capacity of 5 trays (60x40) which can produce a wide range of products thanks to the use of cutting-edge materials and high-quality components. The main characteristics of this unit are highly consistent baking, low consumption, and modern design using straight lines and glass. It is ideal for shops, big surfaces, café shops and to cook facing the public

Standard Control Panel

It consists of 8 programs giving the option to control the dosing resistances, the time of steam injection, the temperature, and the time of boiling.

Motorised Vent Damper

The vent damper is motorised in all versions, it is also programmable, doing away with the need for manual operator action halfway through cooking

Fan and side air tanks

The fan is built-in AISI 304 stainless steel. With a diameter of 350 mm and rotation of 1,500 r.p.m., it is the core of the oven. Its auto-reverse rotation every two minutes guarantees even cooking. The side air tanks are designed for an even distribution of airflow throughout the chamber to ensure excellent cooking.

Oven Construction

Stainless steel casing. Guarantees the aesthetic balance of the tempered glass with usage requirements, protecting it as a sort of bumper. Equipped with one robust and reliable handle with all the personality of SALVA.

Robust Door

You can open and close the door of  Kwik-co oven more than 100,000 times in its average lifetime. this door guarantee perfect, wear-free operation thanks to:

  • Handle/closure: reinforced and of considerable thickness, its large lever ensures effortless opening.
  • Door detector: magnetic.
  • Hinges: 5 mm thick, the strongest available. AISI 304 stainless steel.

Cool-Touch Door

Cool touch double-glazed door with an easy-open system for cleaning. Cool external glass due to a system of thermal insulation and ‘Low-e’ low emissivity windows.

Low Consumption

Designed to consume as little energy as possible since full load resistance is active only 55% of the cooking time
