TurboChef SOTA Microwave/Convection High-Speed Ventless Oven

Utilizing TurboChef’s patented technology to rapidly cook food without compromising quality, the Sota (model NGO) oven provides superior cooking performance while requiring minimal space and energy consumption. The control system precisely coordinates independent top and bottom impinged airflow with a top-launched microwave to deliver product-specific results.

Exterior - Powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel outer wrap and door. Die-cast aluminum front panels with matte chrome accents. Cool-to-touch exterior (all surfaces below 50°C). Equipped with an ergonomic matte-chrome door handle and 4-inch nickel-plated legs

Interior - Fully welded and insulated cook chamber made from 201/304 stainless steel. Equipped with Removable rack and lower jetplate.

This unit features a catalytic converter to limit smoke, grease. The TurboChef Sota (model NGO) oven has been approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory for ventless operation for all food items except for foods classified as “fatty raw proteins.” 

You can control this oven through a digital control panel that allows you to store up to 256 recipes by simple push-button controls This panel is equipped with a display that shows information relevant to the current oven operation and/or user options and a numeric keypad to enter access passwords or modify cook settings.

To help you get the most out of your unit and keep it running at peak performance, built-in self-diagnostics help you troubleshoot and Smart Voltage Sensor Technology automatically detects and adjusts to the proper voltage during installation.

To provide you with the most helpful accessories to ease your cooking experience, this oven comes with an aluminum paddle, a bottle of oven cleaner and oven guard, 2 aluminum pans, and 2 trigger sprayers. You'll be outfitted to tackle any recipe!
