Electronic control panel with the capacity to store up to 25 different programs. Each baking program can control 5 different stages, whilst the temperature, steam injection time, damper, and duration of the stage can be programmed. In the event of an interruption to the power supply, the panel stores in the memory the program which is running, returning it to the same point when the power supply returns

This unit has two turbines that rotate reversely for evenly cooking. It is a very handy tool with a built-in system for baking pre-cooked bread, different dough-based items, and other products. Use a steam injection as needed through pressing.
