The unique 79.3 US gal - 300 l/h pump guarantees high and constant pressure in all conditions of machine use, and delivers greater accuracy and precise programmable dose settings.

Flowactive System: Allows control with 0.1-second tolerance of the flow of water and pre-infusion time. This system is essential to bringing out the full flavors and aromas of your beans. The Cafe Racer will properly and evenly douse your coffee grounds to ensure an even, flawless extraction. You can program 4 different profiles for each group.
