- External paneling in stainless steel
- Work surface in AISI 304, 2 mm thick
- Iron griddle, recessed by 30 mm with respect to the work surface and hermetically sealed for improved cleaning
- Smooth griddle with satin finish, equipped with cut-out for drain
- Equipped with grease collection tray
- Heating with Incoloy heating elements positioned under the griddle
- Temperature regulation via thermostat between 80°C and 290°C
- Safety thermostat, which is activated if the operating thermostat fails
- Indicator lights to monitor the correct operation of the appliance
