Fagor CO-110 is a hood type dishwasher from the EVO Generation Concept range, designed for professional dishwashing. It produces up to 40 baskets per hour or 720 dishes per hour, with wash cycles of 90, 120, and 180 seconds. It has stainless steel construction, counterbalanced hood, double rotating AISI-304 wash and rinse systems, 34-liter tank, 9-liter boiler, automatic rinse dispenser, detergent doser, IPX4 water protection, washing temperature of 60°C, rinsing temperature of 90°C, and dimensions of 665 x 775 x 1540 mm.
