Fagor FT-E910 L+R is an electric fry-top from the 900 range with a combined plate, 2/3 smooth and 1/3 grooved. It has a 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel top, 20 mm thick mild steel fry-top plate, two separate heating areas, stainless steel heating elements, thermostat control from 100°C to 300°C, safety thermostat, front grease collection opening, grease storage tray, IPX5 water protection, 15.0 kW power, and 800 x 930 x 290 mm dimensions.
