The Olympus is a high-speed Espresso grinder. Equipped with 75mm steel burrs, fantastic heat management, and a sleek metal casing. Eureka has kept their standard one- and two-cup volumetric dosing controls and stepless adjustment dial for straightforward operation suited for the busiest cafe environments. The power-geared design is rounded out with subtle niceties like an adjustable portafilter holder and an anti-static coating for easy cleanup.

Made from hardened steel, the 75 mm flat burrs grind coffee at 20g dose in 3 seconds depending on the setting. These flat burrs are durable and will remain sharp for many years. The burrs have a precision mounting system to ensure a stable platform for accurate grinding.

The bean hopper holds 1.6 kg of beans and includes a sliding door that closes off the hopper for easy removal and burr maintenance.

High grinding capacity is necessary for fast-paced settings. With an Engine speed of 1400 RPM and the ability to grind 20g dose in 3 seconds, these models will process large quantities of coffee at lightning speed.
