Description

This professional-grade gas fryer features a 23-liter deep-drawn V-shaped well and comes equipped with 2 half-size baskets, ideal for high-efficiency frying in commercial kitchens. Powered by 21 kW high-efficiency stainless steel burners, the unit is compatible with natural gas or LPG.

Oil is drained conveniently through a tap into a container located beneath the well. The fryer is built with stainless steel exterior panels, a robust 20/10 stainless steel worktop, and height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Right-angled side edges allow for seamless, hygienic installation with adjoining units by eliminating gaps and dirt traps.
