Alto Shaam 750-TH/III Deluxe Control Cook & Hold Oven

Alto-Shaam 750 TH III can handle any menu and adapt to each small space. This unit utilizes Halo Heat® technology to gently and evenly cook your food and ensure the highest quality product. The exterior is all in stainless steel. Reduce prep time and labor costs with intuitive controls and simple operation. Ideal for cooking moist meats, seafood, casseroles, and other dishes.

Durable Construction

Alto-Shaam 750-TH/III Cook & Hold Oven is constructed with a stainless steel exterior. The oven includes a stainless steel door with a magnetic latch. The oven is equipped with 2 stainless steel side racks with 11 pan positions spaced on (35mm) centers, 3 stainless steel wire shelves, one stainless steel drip pan with drain, and one external drip tray. The oven includes one set of (64mm) casters with brake.

Halo Heat® Technology

This technology perfect for natural meat tenderization on even the toughest cuts of meat. It activates natural enzymes for a more moist, tender product. One hour in this oven is equivalent to 1-2 days of dry aging. Heat from Halo Heat technology provides a controlled, uniform heat source that maintains precise temperatures throughout the cooking and holding process.

SureTemp™ System

The oven includes the patented SureTemp™ heat recovery system to assure immediate compensation for any heat loss whenever the door is opened and provides an audible reminder if the door has been left open for more than three minutes.

Set-and-Forget Controls

Consists of a 4 digit LED display, On/Off button; cook temperature button with an adjustable cook range from 200°F to 325°F; time control button with set-points from 1 minute to 24 hours; probe control button with adjustable set-points between 50°F and 195°F; and hold temperature button with an adjustable hold range from 60°F to 205°F. Control includes eight programmable menu buttons that allow the operator to store favorite recipes into memory.
