Ekuep.com Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

The Ekuep.com Loyalty Program ("Rowad Points") is a rewards program designed to offer benefits to loyal customers of Ekuep.com.

The Loyalty Program is available to all registered customers of Ekuep.com.

Earning Points

Customers will earn loyalty points ("Rowad Points") for every eligible purchase made on Ekuep.com.

The number of Points earned will be calculated based on the total purchase value after deducting any discounts, promotions, or redeemed Points.

Ekuep.com may run special promotions where customers can earn double Points on selected items. These promotions will be advertised on the website.

Earning Points Through Activities

In addition to purchases, customers can earn Points by engaging in specific activities such as:

  • Completing user profile

Points will be awarded to the customer's account immediately upon completing the respective activity.

Point Spending

Customers can redeem their accumulated Points for rewards such as vouchers or discounts available on Ekuep.com.

Points cannot be spent during the first 21 days after they are earned. This waiting period is to allow for order processing and potential returns or cancellations.

Points must be redeemed before their expiry date, as specified in section 5 below.

Point Expiry

Points earned through purchases or activities will have an expiry date of 18 months from the date they were earned.

Ekuep.com will notify customers of their Points' upcoming expiry via email at least 30 days before the expiry date.

Expired Points will be automatically removed from the customer's account and cannot be reinstated.

Order Cancellations or Changes

In the event of order cancellations or changes to a customer's order, the Points earned for that order will be deducted or adjusted accordingly.

If Points from a canceled order were already redeemed, the equivalent Points will be deducted from the customer's account.

General Terms

Ekuep.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

Any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the Program may result in the termination of the customer's account and forfeiture of Points.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
