- Professional refrigerated sandwich and salad preparation table designed for restaurants, cafés, sandwich shops, delis, hotels, and commercial kitchens.
- Features a refrigerated countertop preparation area supplied with 12 × GN 1/6-size polycarbonate food pans, ideal for keeping vegetables, cheeses, sauces, toppings, and other frequently used ingredients organized and accessible.
- Standard pans measure 175 × 159 × 102 mm. The preparation area can also accommodate pans up to 153 mm deep when supplied separately.
- True's patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains both the food pans and cabinet interior at 0.5°C to 5°C, helping maintain safe and consistent ingredient temperatures during service.
- Uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone-depletion potential and very low global-warming potential.
- Factory-balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with guided airflow provides uniform cooling throughout the cabinet and ingredient-pan area.
- Equipped with 2 solid self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature for convenient loading and cleaning.
- Includes 4 adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, allowing flexible organization of refrigerated products inside the cabinet.
- Features a full-length removable high-density polyethylene cutting board, measuring 299 mm deep × 13 mm thick, providing a durable preparation surface directly in front of the ingredient pans.
- Stainless-steel, foam-insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures cold, maintain ingredient freshness, and minimize condensation. The assembly is removable for easier cleaning.
- Stainless-steel front, top, and ends provide excellent durability for demanding commercial environments, while the rear is constructed from corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel.
- Interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless-steel floor with coved corners, making routine cleaning easier.
- High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet structure and doors to help minimize heat transfer and improve refrigeration efficiency.
- Epoxy-coated evaporator provides additional protection against corrosion.
- Condensing unit can be accessed from the rear and slides out for easier servicing and maintenance.
- Mounted on commercial-duty casters, with locking front casters for stability during operation.
