Four Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base

Help your chef become more productive with True’s TRCB-36 chef base refrigerator with 2 drawers. This refrigerated chef base is designed using the highest quality materials to help protect your long term investment and to provide you with a chef base and refrigerator that maintains colder product temperatures at lower utility costs while providing exceptional food safety and the best value in the foodservice marketplace.

The TRCB-36 has an oversized, environmentally-friendly (134A) forced-air refrigeration system making it 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C). Cabinet top is one piece, made of heavy-duty reinforced 300 series stainless steel. It also has a drip-resistant “V” edge to protect against spills. TRCB-36 can support up to 717 lbs. (326 kg). Its front, top and sides are all stainless steel, and the back has a matching aluminum finish.

Each drawer accommodates one (1) 12"L x 20"W x 4"D (305 mm x 508 mm x 102 mm) full size and three (3) 6"L x 6"W x 4"D (153 mm x 153 mm x 102 mm)1/6size food pans (sold separately). The drawer slides and rollers are made of heavy-duty stainless steel and are removable without tools for easy cleaning. TRCB-36’s entire cabinet structure and drawer facings are foamed-in-place using a high density, polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).

Each drawer is fitted with 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle and to ensure permanent attachment, they are foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock. The drawers’ magnetic gaskets are of one-piece construction and are removable without tools for ease of cleaning. The drawers support various incremental pan size configurations; with each drawer provided with a standard full-length removable divider bar.
