With a single pass dough sheeter, you have to change the roller spacing between each and every pass, which costs considerably more time. With double pass units, there is no need to continually readjust roller spacing.

Thanks to the large hopper and the ability to sheet over 400 pieces of dough an hour, this sheeter will process a large amount of dough at lightning speed.

All components are accessible from the front to make service and maintenance fast and easier without the need to move the machine away from the wall.

When a heat raise is detected by the sensors, it will sound an alarm and send a signal to automatically shut off. 

Spring-loaded scrapers are readily removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Unlike some sheeters where you have met some difficulties to operate it, this sheeter has been designed for easy operation and control. On and Off buttons are easy for operators to reach and control.
