The ECM206 produces individual gourmet crystal clear supercubes that are ideal for coffee shops and restaurants. It can produce up to 137 kg (302 lbs) of ice cubes daily and store up to 50 kg (110 lbs) ice in its storage bin.

This ice cube machine from Scotsman is made with a durable stainless steel exterior, with an ergonomically-designed ice storage access with its disappearing door. It comes with a door closing damping system that helps keep the door noiseless and controls its closing motion. It also has a removable and washable front access condenser air filter to make sure that all ice cubes that you produce are crystal clean. 

This unit from Scotsman uses advanced diagnostics for its computerized control, with its on-off switch easily accessible on the front panel. With the routine maintenance alarm light on its front panel, it will be easy for you to identify if the ice cube machine needs cleaning. For built-in installation, the ECM206’s in and out airflow (for air-cooled models) is located on the front panel.

The ice bin has a scoop holder inside for hygiene purposes. It also comes with a spray bar that is easy to disconnect. The ice storage area also has a vapor-based microbial control system pouch inside, helping you make sure that each cube of ice that you store in the ECM206 is safe for consumption. 

Its PWD system for remote water drain is easy to fit and install. The molded plastics parts have AgION antimicrobial agent to help maintain quality and cleanliness of your ice cubes.
