The ECM126 produces individual gourmet crystal clear supercubes that are ideal for coffee shops and restaurants. It can produce up to 74 kg (163 lbs) of ice cubes daily and store up to 39 kg (86 lbs) ice in its storage bin.

This ice cube machine from Scotsman is made with a durable stainless steel exterior, with an ergonomically-designed ice storage access with its disappearing door. The ice storage area also has a vapor-based microbial control system pouch inside, helping you make sure that each cube of ice that you store in the ECM126 is safe for consumption. 

This unit uses advanced diagnostics for its computerized control, with its on-off switch easily accessible on the front panel. It comes with a door closing damping system that helps keep the door noiseless and controls its closing motion. It also has a removable and washable front access condenser air filter to make sure that all ice cubes that you produce are crystal clean.

With the routine maintenance alarm light on its front panel, it will be easy for you to identify if the ice cube machine needs cleaning. For built-in installation, the ECM126’s in and out airflow (for air-cooled models) is located on the front panel.
