The secret of this oven is in its sweet baking. Perfect gentle baking is achieved thanks to the use of ceramic elements to heat the oven. Equipped with two robust decks, capacity of 4 trays (60x40) per deck, and cooking surface: 1217 x 869 mm for pastry and pizza backing.

Oven exterior completely made of stainless steel AISI 430 and tempered black glass. Cooking chamber made of black blued steel. Material that has excellent absorption and vapor emission, achieving perfect cooking and low consumption. 

Furnace heating system by electric tungsten resistors inserted in ceramic bricks. Generation of “sweet” heat with which perfect cooking is obtained. Control of ceiling, floor, and opening resistances via a touch control panel that results in minimum consumption and high cooking quality.

The unique system of ceramic resistances, the use of the black paneled sheet, the design, and construction of the door and the independent control of resistance assemblies among others, make it obtain an incomparable cooking quality
