- Features Nieco's patented BroilVection™ technology, designed to provide consistent cooking while giving operators greater control over the broiling environment.
- Automatic conveyor cooking moves products continuously through the broiler, helping deliver repeatable results while reducing the need for constant operator attention.
- Equipped with a dedicated meat conveyor belt with adjustable belt-speed control, allowing the broil time to be changed according to the product and required doneness.
- Integrated bun platen allows buns to be toasted as part of the same production workflow, reducing the need for a separate bun toaster. The platen has its own temperature control.
- Designed to handle multiple food products, making it suitable for burgers and other proteins as well as buns and selected menu items.
- Load Stabilizer Control regulates energy input when the broiler is operating under load, helping maintain consistent cooking performance during busy service periods.
- Belt reverse function allows the operator to temporarily reverse the conveyor direction to help clear a belt jam.
- Simple operator controls include belt-speed adjustment, main power switch, power indicator, load stabilizer, bun-platen temperature control, and belt reverse control.
- Electric heating elements provide the cooking heat without requiring a gas connection.
- Designed for continuous high-volume production, making it particularly suitable for operations where speed, repeatability, and reduced operator handling are priorities.
- Components are designed for removal and routine cleaning, with the manufacturer's manual providing dedicated procedures for the PTFE sheets, heat shield, discharge awning, patty catch pan, bun blade, grease box, chimney, and conveyor components.
