Electric fry-top on open cabinet, made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Pressed top, 20/10 thickness, with anti-spill front edge, designed for flush alignment with the supplied hermetic seal. Top prepared for mounting a water column accessory. Cooking surface with inclined plate, smooth ChromePlus with ultra-resistant brushed chrome finish, easy to clean. Cooking plate lowered by 40 mm compared to the worktop, hermetically sealed to facilitate cleaning. Cooking surface with a cold zone of 65 mm at the front of the plate. Circular grease drain hole Ø 40 mm. GN grease collection container installed in the lower compartment to facilitate and increase liquid recovery capacity. Heating by Incoloy armoured resistances. Heating control knob shaped to protect against water infiltration, equipped with integrated indicator lights that immediately signal heating and correct operation of the appliance. Cooking temperature controlled by thermostat adjustable from 110 to 280 °C. Safety thermostat intervenes in case of service thermostat failure. Cooking surface 735x700 mm. Includes: scraper for smooth plate. Protection level IPX5. The product complies with Regulation EC 1935/2004 and Decree of 21/03/1973 (Materials and Articles intended to come into Contact with Food).
