Fagor CO-500 is a front loading dishwasher from the EVO Generation Concept range, designed for professional dishwashing. It produces up to 40 baskets per hour or 720 dishes per hour, with a 90-second wash cycle and 380 mm clearance. It is valid for GN-1/1 trays and includes stainless steel construction, full double-skin body, counterbalanced door, double rotating stainless steel wash and rinse systems, 20-liter tank, 7-liter boiler, automatic rinse dispenser, IPX4 water protection, washing temperature of 60°C, rinsing temperature of 90°C, and dimensions of 600 x 600 x 830 mm.
