The Fagor EAFN-1602 is a professional double-door upright freezer cabinet designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, and food service operations that require reliable frozen storage with high capacity and efficient cooling performance.

Built with high-quality austenitic stainless steel inside and outside, this freezer cabinet offers excellent durability, hygiene, and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for intensive daily commercial use. The unit features a galvanized rear panel and injected polyurethane insulation (60 mm thick) to ensure excellent thermal efficiency and stable internal temperatures.

The freezer operates with a forced-air cooling system powered by a hermetically sealed compressor, ensuring fast and uniform temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. It maintains a working temperature range from -18°C to -22°C, ideal for preserving frozen food products safely and efficiently.

This model includes two self-closing solid doors designed to improve energy efficiency. The doors automatically close when opened less than 90° and remain open beyond 135° for easier loading and unloading. Inside the cabinet, there are embedded tray slides with 23 adjustable levels and six removable plastic-coated steel shelves (3 shelves per door), allowing flexible storage arrangements for gastronorm containers and trays.

The digital electronic control panel with LED display provides precise temperature management and automatic defrost control. Additional features include an opened-door alarm, internal LED lighting with power switch, built-in drainage system for cleaning convenience, and rounded interior corners for improved hygiene and easy maintenance.

With a net storage capacity of 922 liters and gross capacity of 1332 liters, the freezer provides large-volume storage while maintaining compact professional dimensions of 1318 × 842 × 2040 mm. The unit operates on 230V / 50Hz single-phase power with 640 W electrical power consumption and uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant.
