Fagor SB-E910 I is a 900 KORE electric tilting bratt pan designed as a versatile professional cooking unit for frying, grilling, boiling, and bain-marie applications. It has a stainless steel pan with a 10 mm thick bottom for even heat distribution, 90-liter total volume, 45 dm² useful bottom surface, thermostat control from 100°C to 310°C, safety thermostat, automatic heating shut-off when tilted, electro-valve water filling, manual 90° tilting mechanism, IPX5 water protection, 15.0 kW power, and 800 x 930 x 850 mm dimensions.
