Fagor FT-E905 L is an electric fry-top from the 900 range with a smooth hot-plate and thermostatic temperature control. It has a 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel top, 20 mm thick mild steel fry-top plate, stainless steel shielded heating elements, front fat collection opening, storage tray up to 2 liters, IPX5 water protection, 7.5 kW power, and temperature control from 100°C to 300°C.
