Fagor F-E9121 is a 900 KORE electric deep fat fryer designed for frying large quantities of products such as chips and croquettes. It has one 21-liter well, two standard baskets, AISI-304 stainless steel construction, tilting stainless steel heating elements, thermostat control from 60°C to 200°C, safety thermostat, oil discharge ball tap, basket drainage support, IPX5 water protection, and 400 x 930 x 850 mm dimensions.
