Fagor C-E940 is a 900 KORE electric boiling top with four 300 x 300 mm cast iron heating plates. It is designed for professional cooking using pans, saucepans, and similar containers. Each plate has 4 kW power, 7-position knob adjustment, and an independent safety thermostat. The unit includes an AISI-304 stainless steel top, inner fan, IPX5 water protection, 16.0 kW total power, and 800 x 930 x 290 mm dimensions.
