The unit is compatible with open base installations, bridging supports, or cantilever systems, and includes removable grease collection drawers for efficient cleaning. Constructed entirely from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, the fry top features an extra-strong 2 mm stainless steel worktop and right-angled side edges for seamless integration with adjoining kitchen units.
