Powered by 20 kW gas burners equipped with a thermostatic valve and self-stabilizing flame for consistent, efficient heating.
Suitable for open base installations, bridging supports, or cantilever systems, the unit also includes a removable grease collection drawer for easy cleanup. Built entirely in stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, the unit features an extra-strength 2 mm thick worktop and right-angled side edges for seamless, flush alignment with adjacent equipment.
