- The decarbonized steel plate ensures good contact cooking for direct heat transfer to the food.
- Independent control of the 3 cooking zones allows for versatile cooking options, enabling simultaneous grilling, simmering, and warming at different temperatures.
- Juices and grease are efficiently drained into the fully removable drawer, and the stainless-steel collecting tray is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
