Baratza Forté BG Brew Grinder, 54mm Flat Burrs

The Baratza Forte BG Brew Grinder features 54mm steel burrs that assure of accurate and consistent grinding for both manual and small-sized brews. Despite providing high throughput, the steel burrs maintain their sharpness. The engineering is matched to provide high quality and precise grinding capacity of approximately 5lbs/day. 

The Baratza Forte BG Brew Grinder is the latest addition to Baratza sequel of grinders with multiple prep methods. Users can dose the grinder by time or weight, with a primary dose-by-weight ratio of 0.2 gram. It features a built-in digital scale for accurate weight measurements. The digital timer also comes with programmable buttons for three preset modes, for a one-touch grinding experience. The LED-backlit technology is easily awakened by touch activation technology with up and down arrows. 

The brew grinder features both macro and micro-adjustment system for a varied grinding range. The macro-system leverages ten different but repeatable settings to adjust from fine to coarse grinding while the micro-adjusting system further divides the ten macro ranges into 26 more settings. With these steps, you can be sure of the finest fine-tuning that gives a perfect grind for your preferred brew method. 

The Baratza Forte BG Brew Grinder’s bean hopper can hold up to 300g of coffee. Besides, its extension adds 275g more, with a provision for adding more extenders to get your desired capacity. The hopper comes with a bean shutoff feature that prevents the beans from falling and makes it easy to switch beans. The hopper is 30% bigger than other Baratza hoppers.
