This advanced hardness reduction system for espresso-based coffee and steam equipment uses a five-step process to eliminate scale forming ions in the water. This decarbonization technology helps ensure that your equipment is protected from lime scale buildup.
The HRS-100 system’s blend setting gives customers the opportunity to specify the level of hardness reduction, optimizing both hot beverage quality and equipment performance while eliminating service issues and costs. The system features a low-cost installation package that includes the filter and head. These lets you handle cartridge change-outs quicker, easier, and in a sanitary manner.
HRS-100 optimizes the quality of your espresso-based coffee and steam equipment. This unit can be installed and operated horizontally or vertically. The AJ Antunes Vizion HRS-100 Hardness Reduction System includes a flush valve, carbonate hardness kit, and fittings to allow 1/2" ID hose and/or 3/8" OD tubing.
This system is great for Espresso machines, combi ovens/steamers and flash surface steamers. For the best results, you should install the HRS-100 systems after a VZN ultrafiltration system, which substantially reduces sediment, particulates, and chemical tastes and odors.
