- Durable Construction: The surface tops are manufactured with 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Laser-cut joints, automatic welding, and polished finish enhance longevity and aesthetics.
- Versatile Grilling Options: Cast iron grills, dismountable without tools, come in 170 mm wide sections. Reversible grills feature tilted and grooved sides for meat and horizontal and flat sides for fish and vegetables, providing versatile cooking options.
- High Temperature Grilling: Grills reach temperatures up to 400°C, rapidly sealing the surface of the food to retain juiciness. Stainless steel grills are designed with sheets of AISI-304 in a "V" shape for easy cleaning.
- Efficient Fat Collection: Equipped with an opening for collecting cooking fat and a storage tray with a capacity of up to 12 liters, offering efficient fat management. Fat collection trays can hold water, generating low-intensity steam for grilling in a steam atmosphere.
- Safety Features: Grills feature 130 mm high dismountable guards to prevent splashing, manufactured in stainless steel. High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector ensures safety during operation.
- Convenient Access and Control: Components are accessible from the front, facilitating maintenance and cleaning. Machines feature IPX5-grade water protection and high-efficiency tube burners, with independent control for each burner group via a safety valve with a thermocouple.
- Piezo Electric Ignition: Burners are turned on using Piezo electric ignition, ensuring reliable ignition for efficient grilling. Burners heat ceramic stones on a supporting rack, allowing for even heating of food on the grill.
