Lang DO54R Electric Single Deck Roast Ovens

The Lang DO54R electric roast oven feature with a heavy-duty 430 series stainless steel exterior with an attractive finish, the cooking compartment is aluminized steel and fully insulated on six sides. Equipped with two full-width, spring-loaded pull-down door with double-pane tempered glass viewing window. There is a recessed, right side-mounted control panel, and one heavy-duty chrome-plated wire rack. Legs high is 16” as standard.

This oven has 12” cooking compartment allows roasting of turkeys, beef rounds, etc, reinforced oven deck with raised edges eliminates warping. It is stackable up to three high for more capacity in the same footprint. Operate in a 100-450˚F temperature range.

The oven is provided with both an upper and a bottom-heating element. The upper element is visible in the top of the oven the lower oven elements under the bottom deck of the oven. Both of these oven elements can be regulated with independently-controlled three heat switches. These switches provide the proper ratio of top and bottom heat. The oven is also provided with an adjustable thermostat that controls the overall average temperature of the oven
