The Labe LT-3+H DIGITAL oven is designed and ready to bake the product facing the public. It is an electric convection oven with a direct steam function that allows maximum flexibility and satisfies any cooking needs. The capacity of 3 trays (60x40) and Dimensions (mm): 790 Length x 750 width x 505 height for pastry and pizza backing.

  • Oven Construction

The oven is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, both the inside and the outside. The frontal door is provided with double glass, which allows viewing of the different phases of baking without opening it.

  • Digital Control Panel

Electronic control panel with the capacity to store up to 99 different programs. Each baking program can control 4 different stages, whilst the temperature, amount of steam, and duration of the stage can be programmed. In the event of an interruption to the power supply, the panel stores in the memory the program which is running, returning it to the same point when the power supply returns

  • Quality of Cooking (Steam)

This unit has a turbine that rotates reversely for evenly cooking. It is a very handy tool with a built-in system for baking pre-cooked bread, different dough-based items, and other products. Use a steam injection as needed through pressing.
