If you paid:

  1. by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within a reasonable period of time the same credit/debit card used during the order process

  2. cash on delivery, our Customer Service will issue a check to the person who placed the order

All regularly stocked items may be returned to us if the item is unused and in all the original manufacturer’s packaging. In order for returns to be accepted, your items must be returned within 60 days from receipt of your order.

Please contact our Customer Service before returning an item so a return authorization can be created. We will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the return. If you would prefer to create a standard return within your account, you can do so by clicking on "My Orders" and beside each order is a "Return Items" button. Upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s), your credit card will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s) minus the restocking fee.

Shipping fees:

The return shipping fee for a standard return is the responsibility of the customer submitting the request. For international returns, you will be responsible for the brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be applied. These fees may be applied after the return has been completed.

Why do we charge restocking fees?

As our site says, lowest prices for quality products. When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return. Lack of restocking fees would lead to higher prices for our customers. Instead of raising our prices and charging every customer for unnecessary returns costs, we only charge a restocking fee for items that are a standard return.
