· Support customers with respectful, friendly and professional manners by responding to calls, emails, live chat or social media channels.
· Assure the satisfaction of customers by understanding their issues, solving problems and providing necessary support.
· Keep up the positive environment for the team and provide support to team members if needed.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude when corresponding and communicating internally or externally.
· Being flexible enough to adapt to future changes as we continue to grow as a company.
· Excellent in English and Arabic language.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Passion for helping people to sustain and grow their restaurant and coffee businesses.
· Ability to learn and always craving growth and success.
· Having the belief that his/her success is the success of the company.
